Bug: Edit Flex Tracks

Two bugs in the handling of flex tracks:
- You can not place large curve radii (eg 345cm);
- Allows you to exceed the factory length of the flex tracks.

For the second bug I am able to insert a curve with 90° Arc Angle, Radius 232,7cm, section length 377,6cm at the price of only 4 €. Miracle!
