Fastrack Wye Switches

I added a passing siding to my Fastrack layout using 2x 072 wye switches. When I got the track and put it together, things didn't line up like RailModeller said they would. The measured dimensions of the wye switches (about 10 5/8" w/o extensions) don't match what's in the RailModeller Fastrack library. The Lionel website for the older command wye switches (6-16832 and 6-12047) have dimensions of "Length: 12"/22 1/2-Degree Wye w/ removable 1 3/8" extensions" while the library has a length of 8.69". This is an unfortunate discovery as I've been using a lot of 072 (regular and wye) switches in my plans. Is this a known issue with plans to fix?

It also seems the more recent command wye switch (6-81954) isn't in the library.

Thanks for the heads-up, the FasTrack wye does indeed look too short in the track library.
It will be fixed for the next update - sorry for the inconvenience!

All the best,
Jan

Hey Jan, thanks for your reply! Do you have any idea when the next update will be released?

The upcoming version 6.3 just went into the public beta phase and - all going well - should be available in the Mac App Store in a couple of days!

All the best,
Jan
