hi guys.
new here.
i have railmodeller pro on my macbook. im building policar slot car tracks.
i select the entire track to try invert it but when you press invert nothing happens and the track unselects.
i assume i can flip the track? this is what invert is right?

the Select > Invert menu command inverts the current selection, i.e.

- Unselected elements are selected (assuming the hosting layer is unlocked and visible)

so the term invert doesn't actually mean invert. it just unselects what is selected.
a bit miss leading.
so is there any way i can flip the track 180 degrees on the sideways plane? so make what is on the left side of the layout switch to the ride side.

Not quite - it inverts the selection as described above by selecting and unselecting elements.
To simply unselect elements the Select > Deselect menu command can be used.
You can rotate the selected track using the angle field in the inspector to the right or just apply the Element > Rotate Left (or Element > Rotate Right) command twice.
