You can find the item in the Märklin H0 Accessories library.

FWIW: The new Library Search feature introduced in the recent update to RailModeller Pro 6.4 makes it easy to locate elements across the entire catalog of track libraries - in particular for items used across several track systems (e.g. K/M/C) or model scales (e.g. electrical accessories).
