Unable to upload coummunity layout or sample layouts

I recently bought Railmodeller Pro and have been trying to upload the sample layout or the community layout plans. When I click the option I see a list of layouts. On clicking the layout and pressing the Open button, nothing further happens, I am redirected to the blank layout screen.
Am I doing sumething wrong?
