Not displaying track part numbers

How do I toggle displaying the track part numbers on the layout? I've searched the User Manual as well as the forum.

Hello fly_sail,

The Display Settings area of the side bar provides a range of settings to customize the way the current layout is displayed;
you can use the Element Labels properties for controlling the size of labels used for layout elements and what type of elements should have labels displayed.

The Tracks and All settings will show part numbers for tracks, the None setting will hide all labels.
