Turnout Library

I model in On30 and would like to know if there are turnout templates for On30 (HO gauge for O Scale train) for MicoEngineering or FasTrak or that follow the (US)NMRA Standard for turnouts. I currently have V4 of Model Railroader with Railset Editor, but haven't used it much because the turnout libraries have the different dimensions and angles for the MicroEngineering turnouts. I though about upgrading to V5, but it is my understanding that the turnout library i need is still not available. Can anyone offer some suggestions. I am a previous Windows-CadRail user, but changed to a Mac several months ago and would really like to do my layout design on the Mac.
