Atlast Code 100 Missing Track and Radius features?

Good afternoon from California -

I am attempting to redraw this layout with some modifications and I cannot seem to be able to change the radius of the Atlas Code 100 to match the radii and all the pieces that is offered under the track heliux option.

Any pointers on how I could achieve this?
