Post by GEverestB » Sun 28. Oct 2018, 16:40

How can I add labels (text) to shapes I have created. I want to label buildings/structures.

Hello -

There's two ways:

Either add a new Text shape with the desired text, or

enter a 'Comment' for the shape currently selected and select the 'All' option for Element Labels in the Document tab of the inspector sidebar to the right.

The font used for element labels (tracks, shapes and other elements) cannot be changed at this point.
For Text shapes the font can be changed with the macOS Font Palette (Command-T).

Hope this helps,
