No idea, just happened on MacOS Sierra RailModeller v5.2.1, whenever I try to add/delete/move any item on a newly created and saved layout...

Hello -

did you set the Canvas Size Mode to 'Auto-Resizing' in the app's preferences?

• Auto-Resizing: As new content is added to the drawing canvas it will resize dynamically as required to fit all elements.
• Fixed: Any operation that exceeds the layout size specified under Document Properties is cancelled with an error message.
