Building helix seems not working properly

When I'm requesting to build a helix with 2 loops and and hight of 20 cm, the programme always put 5 loops on 20 com?

It should just work, even with a single loop.

Did you confirm the value you've entered with the Return or Tab key?
Throughout the app values will be interpreted only after the input field has been left, e.g. by tabbing to the next field.
