Die Beschriftungen können gar nicht, nur für Gleise oder für alle Arten von Elementen angezeigt werden.

Das Problem mit der Text-Eingabe wird mit der aktuellen Version gelegentlich berichtet und verschwindet offenbar immer nach dem Neustart des Programms. Falls der Fehler reproduzierbar auftritt bitte eine kurz Beschreibung an uns, damit wir ihn schnell beheben können!
