Hello Rob,
one option would be a circle shape from the Shape pop-up menu in the toolbar and configure it to show only a circle segment:
Another option would be just a poly shape with enough points to resemble the desired platform shape.

A completely reworked mechanism for editing curved baseboard borders is in the works and scheduled for an upcoming maintenance update!

The custom paper size shows up in the print dialogue of some other applications, but doesn't in RM, even though it's selected in the Page Setup. Derzeit können Höhen nur für Gleiselemente bearbeitet werden.
Andere Typen von Elementen werden immer auf Höhe 0 positioniert.

Hello Chris, baseboards are currently always located at level 0. You can however set a default height for tracks at the layer level using Layer Defaults.
