You can simply drag the selected track section like you would a single track. The unconnected dragged tracks will snap and connect to tracks in the layout thus connecting the entire track section. Glad it helped. The ".. english" libraries are actually a hack that will be replaced with unified libraries later this year when we get fully localized descriptions for all track libraries.

You can also use the search box in the library catalog to quickly find items by product numbers or descriptions.
