At this point turnouts can't be graded by themselves, but they can be (levelled) part of a graded track section. This will be handled by the app automatically if the turnout is part of the selection of tracks to be graded.

Sorry but we don't have the resources to help designing individual layouts - manufacturers however often provide guides on how to use their track system, specifically for purely sectional tracks.
