Hi Sheldon,

best to get in touch with support (Help > Send Email to Support) and include the layout in question so we can have a look!

Re: Cannot find Kato Unitrack interchange Track in Database.

Got it! So according to https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10147590 the Unitrack HV4 set (#3-114) includes No. 6 electric points (left) × 2, S94 × 2 auxiliary straight line, S149 × 2 straight lines I've recreated the set in RailModeller Pro according to this description and it looks good: Screenshot 2020...

Re: Cannot find Kato Unitrack interchange Track in Database.

Hi there!

Kato Unitrack HV4 looks like a set of individual tracks -
do you have the individual part numbers of the articles in the set?

FWIW..
We're currently in touch with the manufacturer to get our hands on the specs for Ferro-Flex 0m (also marketed as Bemo Om by BEMO) tracks.

Re: Issues with selection vs adding

Thanks for the feedback! Sometimes I cannot add track to a selected piece of track I just added. It highlights as if it will be added, but it doesn't add when clicked. I have to click in empty space to deselect in order to add track. If this is reproducible it would be great if you could get in touc...

Re: Fastrack Wye Switches

Thanks for the heads-up, the FasTrack wye does indeed look too short in the track library.
It will be fixed for the next update - sorry for the inconvenience!

All the best,

Re: Finding disconnected track

Have you tried the Highlight Unconnected Joints option in the Display Settings area of the side bar? We're also working on an option to display the cause why tracks are not connected, i.e. heights don't match or the distance is too large. More details are also in the Display Settings section in the ...

Re: Shapes

Hello John, No worries - Editing an element will literally edit the shape, e.g. change the size of a rectangle or circle, the shape of a flex track of move individual points in a line/polygon. This is not required for just moving or rotating an element. When Editing (via double-click or the Element ...

Re: Shapes

There are pre-5.x threads that suggest that direct manipulation of shapes (resize, move...) is possible - but in 5.6.2 it still is not possible to resize a rectangle/square by dragging its corners - or to move it using the mouse. Actually that's always been possible: You can edit the element (doubl...

Re: Printing to scale

Hi Dave, At this point the entire document is printed, however there's an open to-do item to enable printing of just a section of the layout. (..there's also an open feature request for commenting/voting at https://bit.ly/3i3La8d) We're looking into addressing this in a future update! In order to pr...

Re: JMRI Export

JMRI is unit agnostic so at this point we're using a fixed zoom factor (cm or inch as 1 base unit) to ' shrink ' the RailModeller Pro layout - mainly to work around a bug in JMRI with large layout sizes. You can always change the settings in the generated XML in JMRI. We're also adding more export o...

Re: "Remaining in Stock" counter problem

Hi Simon,

absolutely - the negative and red/green flavours of displaying remaining stock contents in the Library Catalog were added just recently and currently only include items actually in stock as you've mentioned.

This will be addressed for the upcoming update!
