So I found that in settings - it is set to 5% in the setting menu. SInce I am doing a N Scale - that means 0.02 * 5% = 0.001 inch distance or greater to drive the indication of yellow dot. So any way to tell how big that unconnected joint is? I guess I could increment the % setting until it goes away.

I have highlighted Unconnected Joints and tried to repair, but do not understand what the reason for unconnected.
