Thankyou Jan. As soon as I sent my request to support, almost instantaneously I received my new password. Problem solved!

I seem to have forgotten the password to share my layout in the community layouts.
There is no option to resetting the password. I am not also able to create another login username attached to my same email address.
Any work around?

Attached is my first attempt to draw the L-shaped layout to by attached to two walls of the attic at a height of around 1.5 m.

I recently bought Railmodeller Pro and have been trying to upload the sample layout or the community layout plans. When I click the option I see a list of layouts. On clicking the layout and pressing the Open button, nothing further happens, I am redirected to the blank layout screen.
